I hope you enjoyed your holiday week. Thanks to Jesse & David, for gearing up the “in case of celebrity death” emergency crank on Friday for John Hughes Day. Here I was, praying it wasn’t going to be Zsa-Zsa, when all of a sudden, the man responsible for introducing America to Mia Sara in a white fringed suede jacket passed away and robbed us all of the good parts about our awkward adolescences.

But though we’ll never see Mr. Hughes again, this blog is back. And we’re looking pretty volcanic today.
